Everything you need to create your very own Sauna.
Nordic Spaces presents beautiful natural chemical-free wooden saunas in two designs with two different sizes.

The ORIGINAL sauna is made with solid horizontal interlocking timber as they have been made in Finland for hundreds of years.

The CITY Sauna is a more modern look with solid horizontal timber on the inside but is finished with striking looking vertical weatherboards on the outside.

All our Saunas come with everything from the floor up to roofing material, double glazing, benches, sauna stove and even a bucket and ladle to get your steam a rising!
Overview
Your Nordic Spaces kit includes everything you will need to construct your cabin from the floorboards up to the ceiling boards, including double glazed timber doors and windows. All of the timber is kiln dried slow growing Nordic Spruce used for centuries in construction throughout northern Europe.
To finish your Sauna you will need to add the following items:

Foundation – simply lay 3x100mm x 100mm Pine H4 fence posts on the ground on your courtyard, deck or grass and construct your Sauna on top. For a more permanent sauna lay a concrete base or install timber piles, bearers and joists.

Insulation – Solid wood provides great insulating properties however we recommend adding underfloor and ceiling insulation.

Timber coatings – because the Sauna timber is untreated it is important to apply a product to the exterior to preserve the condition of your Sauna. We recommend Cutek Extreme CD50 for ORIGINAL Sauna kits and any quality natural oils, stains or paints for the CITY Sauna kits. Must be reapplied following manufacturer's instructions.

* The Nordic Spaces Sauna kit price includes joists, 18mm thick tongue and groove flooring, double glazed windows and doors, rafters and 18mm thick tongue and groove ceiling boards and materials for your chosen wall construction (44mm logs or 44m logs + framing and cladding). Also included is your choice of Sauna stove (electric or woodfired), sauna rocks, sauna benched, bucket ladle and thermometer.
** The Nordic Spaces kit does not include insulation as there are many options and prices, we highly recommend Terra Lana New Zealand made wool insulation for all our cabins. Talk to us about this option.
