Your Nordic Spaces kit includes everything you will need to construct your cabin from the floorboards up to the ceiling boards, including double glazed timber doors and windows. All of the timber is kiln dried slow growing Nordic Spruce used for centuries in construction throughout northern Europe.

To finish your cabin, you will need to add the following items:

• Foundation – it is important to keep your cabin at least 300mm off the ground using a concrete foundation or timber piles, bearers and joists. Or talk to us about a metal sub-base to go on a trailer.

• Insulation – Solid wood provides great insulating properties however we recommend adding underfloor and ceiling insulation. 

• Timber coatings – because the Sauna timber is untreated it is important to apply a product to preserve the condition of the exterior of your Cabin. We highly recommend Cutek Extreme CD50 for BASIC Cabin kits and any quality natural oils, stains or paints for Premium Cabin kits. Coating must be reapplied following manufacturer's instructions to extend the lifetime of your cabin.

• Electrical wiring and fittings – arrange for a registered electrician in your area to wire out and connect the cabin to power.
